While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority. Role Overview We are looking for a Data Engineer who is passionate about data, APIs, and performance. This is a key technical role within the marketing team, responsible for integrating CRMs and third-party data sources to ensure clients receive the high-quality leads they need to grow their businesses. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building efficient systems, and transforming data into actionable insights that improve ROI and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Integrate internal data source systems with third-party CRMs and databases. Write PHP and SQL scripts for ETL workflows from source to target, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data flow and workflow performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement reliable data integration processes. Automate CRM processes and workflows to support the sales and account management teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in data integration, CRM administration, ETL development, or data engineering. 0–1 years of experience in data analysis or reporting. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Familiarity with API integrations, PHP, SQL, Java, Python, and CRM systems. Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
