The Role As a Legal Intake Specialist at StaffScout, you’ll be the voice and first impression of the law firms you represent. You’ll guide potential clients through their first interaction—listening with empathy, gathering key details, and ensuring every caller feels heard and supported. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, love connecting with people, and take pride in providing exceptional service, this is the perfect role for you.
