Job Summary We are looking for a creative and energetic full‑time Paid Social Strategist to lead performance, strategy, growth and execution from A‑Z of paid social accounts, primarily focusing on TikTok and Meta Ads platforms. The strategist will collaborate with creative, organic and influencer/partnership teams to meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms. Effectively execute builds and production A‑Z with redundancy across channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn where applicable). Lead optimizations to improve performance relative to goals. Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams. Maintain proactive internal communication with the team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items. Autonomously communicate with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and Slack. Apply deep marketing and business strategy acumen to understand the funnel and execute paid social strategies. Understand the eCommerce model and basic lead generation strategies. Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in the landscape to achieve desired results. Own performance reporting and strategy communication; create and present performance reports and recaps. Use data to tell a story and articulate outcomes to clients and stakeholders with clear next steps. Execute forward‑thinking plans to drive business results. Operate as an effective team member and contribute to a constructive work environment aligned with core values. Mentor junior talent where applicable. Employ AI technologies and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance processes. Qualifications 1–2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience a plus. 1+ year of direct response marketing in E‑Commerce; lead generation and B2B a plus. 1+ year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) a plus. 1+ year of experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts. Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus. Client‑facing experience and communication skills. Excellent Excel skills and understanding of advanced Excel features. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Manage a full workload, indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients; below 10% client churn rate.
