You’ll fully own the channel, from ideas and filming to editing, publishing, and tracking results. We are scaling fast and we want ambitious people who want to build something massive. The Challenge Ahead We’re looking for a Videomaker who owns the full funnel from camera to pipeline. You’ll craft highly watchable content, make smart bets on topics, optimize thumbnails/titles for CTR, and use analytics to tie viewership to self‑attributed MQLs . You understand creation and distribution. What You Will Work On Own the channel. Plan and run our YouTube growth, from ideas and production to analytics and results. Create great videos. Handle everything from scripting to recording, editing, and publishing. Hook the audience. Write strong intros, titles, and thumbnails that drive clicks and retention. Find winning topics. Research trends and high-intent topics that match CloudTalk’s audience and product. Distribute smartly. Use Shorts, playlists, snippets, and community posts to reach more viewers. Test and improve. Experiment with formats, hooks, and styles so you scale what performs. Collaborate with the best. Work with our product marketing, SEO, and brand teams to align videos with launches and campaigns Tools You’ll Use Editing : CapCut (preferred) or similar (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci) AI creation : HeyGen (presenters/localization) Voiceover : ElevenLabs Analytics : YouTube Studio/Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), GSC Research : Google Trends; optional: Ahrefs, vidIQ/TubeBuddy (or similar) What's In It For You You’ll run CloudTalk’s YouTube like it’s your own, with real budget, full support, and freedom to create.
