We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Memory Care Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our memory care program. Responsibilities Develop and implement an innovative and inclusive memory care program that meets the diverse needs of our residents. Provide leadership and guidance to the memory care team, ensuring the delivery of personalized and high-quality care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families to assess individual needs and preferences. Create and oversee engaging and therapeutic activities designed to promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being. Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices related to memory care and dementia support. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the dignity and independence of residents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, psychology, healthcare administration) is preferred. Proven experience in a memory care or dementia care setting, with a deep understanding of best practices and person-centered care principles Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to memory care programs.
