Only an hour south is Branson, where you’ll find family‑friendly shows and attractions, Silver Dollar City, and world‑class shopping at the Branson Landing About the department Utilizing the newest state‑of‑the‑art equipment and technologies, the Radiology Department provides 24/7 diagnostic imaging services to meet the needs of a wide variety of patients at both the hospital and Outpatient Imaging Center. Examinations are performed on both a scheduled and emergent basis and may include diagnostic radiology, mammography, vascular and echocardiography ultrasound, PET and CT, and MRI. A typical day will include Prepares patients for examinations, positioning and / or immobilizing the patient in accordance with the type of procedure to be administered, and while considering the safety, physical, and psychological needs of the patient Performs examination, adjusting control panel settings, such as voltage, amperage, and time of exposure, as necessary Processes data assuring optimal imaging has been achieved prior to discharge of the patient, re‑imaging as necessary Assists Radiologist and Medical Staff as required, preparing solutions using sterile techniques and administering barium and IV contrast solutions This position is Full‑time evenings, 72 hours/week, M - Th, 4:30pm to 2:30am.
