Join a fast-growing team that’s changing the way companies think about AI and technology. Description We are seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team at Darwin AI. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in the development and growth of our AI-driven products, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer experience. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy, defining product features, and ensuring successful delivery of features that align with our business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Roadmap & Backlog Management: Develop the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products. Customer Focus: Gather feedback to inform product decisions and translate customer needs into features. Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to guide decisions and monitor product success. Agile Process: Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and ensure efficient product delivery. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment (preferably in AI, SaaS, or B2B products). Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, SaaS products, and the software development lifecycle. Previous experience working with AI or customer-facing platforms is a plus. Agile Methodology: Proven experience in working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing a product backlog. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Ability to make data-driven decisions. Leadership & Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
