About the role We’re looking for a Senior/Expert SAP HCM Consultant focused on Employee Central–adjacent Time Management & Payroll to support and evolve Newmont’s landscape. You’ll handle support (break/fix, minor enhancements), design/build/config, and deep PCRs/Schemas work for Time Evaluation and Payroll , ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Design, build, and configure solutions aligned to business processes and application requirements. Develop and maintain PCRs & Schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll . Work across CATS (Positive & Negative Time) within S/4HANA environments. Prepare test evidence and collaborate with business for UAT ; ensure documentation and KT. Partner with cross-functional teams (Payroll Ops, HRIS, Integrations) to secure stable releases. Must-have qualifications 5–8 years hands-on with SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll . Proven experience providing support (break/fix, how-to, minor change requests, monitoring, testing). Strong background designing/building/configuring SAP HCM solutions to meet business needs. Deep experience with PCRs/Schemas for Time Evaluation & Payroll . 5+ full implementations in S/4HANA with CATS (Positive & Negative Time). Technical experience in SAP HCM Payroll for USA (Taxes, Benefits, Vacations) — level P3 . Self-driven, able to prioritize/multi-task , and thrive in fast-paced environments. Advanced English for daily collaboration and documentation. Nice to have Experience preparing Unit Test Scripts in HP ALM (with screenshots/evidence) and coordinating UAT with business.
