The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Associate, Visual Design to join our innovative creative team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our client’s brand aesthetic, ensuring that every touchpoint, from digital interfaces to marketing campaigns, is visually stunning, cohesive, and impactful. As an Associate Visual Designer, you will bridge the gap between pure art and functional design. You’ll work under the guidance of senior creatives to execute high-quality assets while learning how to scale various brands’ visual identity across multiple channels. What You’ll Do Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of talented people. Create high-fidelity visual assets, including social media graphics, email templates, presentation decks, and website components. Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all projects to ensure a consistent "look and feel." Support the creation of custom icons, illustrations, and UI elements that enhance the user experience. Build polished presentations in Figma/Google Docs and deliver precise, developer-ready asset kits and documentation. Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring files are properly versioned and accessible to the broader team. Prepare design files for handoff to developers or vendors, ensuring all technical specifications (resolution, color profiles, etc.) are met. What You Bring 1+ years of experience in an agency environment, Bachelor’s degree in Design (or equivalent professional experience). Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace. Deep knowledge of visual design, digital, interactive, brand design, and typography. Ability to build high-quality presentations and confidently articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels. Take into Account You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
