Role Overview You will lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets. You will create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the region. In this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development. Responsibilities Lead the Argentina Headquarters and focus on the American markets. Create and develop a whole team of growth that will support the business in the region. Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development. Fully own the results, evolution, goals, and strategic decisions within a specific business line. Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry. Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments. Qualifications Bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy. +8 years experience in a business analytics role and proven to have managed teams. High level of English. Spanish is a plus. Experience working with the North American market is a plus. Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage. Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions. Generate high business impact based on your decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
