Position Overview We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with an incredible work ethic to join our team as Strategists. As a Strategist, your teamwork and communication skills are essential. You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager to build strategies to suit each client’s needs. Our EM - Strategists specialize in Growth & Conversion Strategy, Reporting & Analytics, Customer Journey, Segmentation, and Client & Team Relations. You’ll work with the Project Team and our clients representing various industries. We are looking for long-term, committed individuals who want to establish a career for themselves. We are willing to train the right candidate, but a strong background in marketing strategies is required to do well in this role. This is a fast-paced and deadline-driven position, particularly during the Q4 peak season. The role can be demanding at times, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities efficiently. This is a demanding role that requires both expert-level email marketing skills and strong leadership abilities to guide, motivate, and elevate the team to success. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Training: Hire, train, and mentor Strategists, ensuring consistent performance and skill development across the team. Performance Management: Conduct biannual reviews, oversee improvement plans, and lead weekly training sessions to maintain excellence. Strategic Oversight : Partner with Project Managers to design and implement strategies that increase revenue, engagement, and deliverability. Data-Driven Execution : Use reporting, analytics, segmentation, and market insights to drive actionable recommendations and optimize performance. Quality & Innovation: Review account health, identify underperforming areas, and lead proactive action plans to elevate results. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams and technology partners to ensure clients have the best tools and integrations in place. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years in email marketing with advanced knowledge of Klaviyo required. Proven ability to create, test, and scale high-performing email and SMS strategies for eCommerce brands. Deep understanding of deliverability, segmentation, customer journeys, and conversion metrics. Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English. You’ll lead client calls and internal meetings regularly. Excellent time management and the ability to coordinate across multiple projects and time zones (EST hours required). A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead, teach, and adapt quickly as technologies and client needs evolve. Agency experience required.
