Commercial Bank Documentation Specialist As a Commercial Banking Documentation Specialist you will perform account opening/product set up document packages and review and indexing of executed documentation within JP Morgan systems. You will also be involved in working on several regulatory projects (example: transfer of clients from one legal entity to another, etc.) and data migration projects. Responsibilities The team name is Digital Document Services. Main responsibilities include verifying, capturing and storing legal agreements required to transact with the firm Identify issues and co-ordinate with the relevant functions internally for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time-frame parameters Working with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology, contribute towards the development of an efficient operating framework Working closely with business stakeholders in various locations and global document management team in India, US and UK Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficiency in MS Office is a must Listens effectively to client needs, asks the right questions & is sensitive to what is priority for our clients Ability and confidence to establish written and oral conversations in English Capacity to interpret legal documents/agreements Problem-solving mindset Graduated from Economics, Bachelor in business Administration, Law, and similar is preferred Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Communicates effectively and professionally, quick response to queries and identify when escalation is needed Strong organizational skills 'Working to deadline' approach If you join the company, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that supports each other and will empower you to do your best work.
