VP of Business Development, LATAM – Blockchain Wallet Infrastructure Location: Remote (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or Miami). Compensation: $80,000 – $140,000 per year. We are building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era, leveraging deep expertise in cryptography, infrastructure, and security. We are seeking a VP of Business Development to spearhead our regional expansion and establish us as the trusted partner for financial institutions and fintechs across Latin America (LATAM). This high‑impact role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and reports to the Head of Americas. Key Responsibilities Revenue ownership: Own and drive LATAM business development, setting and hitting aggressive sales targets and delivering annual recurring revenue (ARR). Strategic partnerships: Build strong, trust‑based relationships with banks, enterprises, and regulators across the region. Sales execution: Source, qualify, and close high‑value opportunities, leading complex negotiations, RFPs, and RFIs for enterprise deals. Client success: Support post‑sale success, including deployment planning, compliance alignment, and account expansion, working closely with product and engineering teams. Market intelligence: Track market trends, monitor competitors, and handle escalations across multiple time zones. Representation & content: Represent the company at industry events and workshops, and translate key content (decks, speeches) into Spanish and Portuguese. Travel: Ability to travel across LATAM to meet clients and prospects. Requirements 8+ years in business development and enterprise sales, with demonstrable leadership experience. Proven track record of driving ARR growth and closing large‑scale deals in finance. Deep understanding of LATAM financial markets and regulatory environments. Skilled communicator, able to break down technical concepts for both senior executives (C‑suite) and technical teams (engineers). Strong business acumen, able to link technical product capabilities to clear business value. Entrepreneurial mindset and resilience required to thrive in a fast‑paced, resource‑constrained environment. Proficiency with CRMs, automation platforms, and modern sales tools. Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus. Preferred Experience (Strong Plus) Direct experience selling blockchain services or related financial technologies.
