Job Description At JPMorgan Chase you will have the chance to be part of an amazing development journey while contributing to support our customers' needs. As a Global Supplier Services Analyst within the Global Service Supplier (GSS) Operations, you will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team responsible for managing and reviewing new supplier and employee setup requests. You will focus on gathering and entering data, ensuring quality checks, and supporting SAP set‑ups. This role offers opportunities to identify process improvements, develop enhancement requirements, and participate in projects related to supplier and employee set‑ups. Job Responsibilities Perform QA of Supplier and Employee set‑up and set up suppliers and employees in SAP. Interact with suppliers and LOBs to collect the information needed for supplier/employee set‑up and tax documentation review. Maintain tax rules, codes and rates for SAP locations to help apply the correct tax rate at the time of invoicing. Research payment rejects initiated from Payment Operations due to incorrect/outdated payment instructions on Supplier/Employee Master and correct them to re‑initiate payments. Map suppliers for Ariba as needed. Deliver first‑class service to our customers & improve end‑user experience. Meet the SLA timeline to process requests and ensure quality of work is accurate and passes the monthly internal audit reviews. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in data processing, procurement, accounts payable, customer service, or an operations environment. Personal computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and web‑based systems. Creation of business processes and procedures. Good attention to detail and ability to analyze reporting data. Strong problem‑solving abilities with an analytical mind to research and resolve issues. Ability to understand and implement system/procedure/policy changes. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Good written and verbal communication skills. Works well in a team environment as well as independently. Exhibits strong organization skills and effective time management. Experience with SAP, Ariba (ePurchase) or Concur. Knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay operations. Knowledge of SAP and supplier details. Background in tax documentation. ABOUT US J.P.
