Trabajamos de forma remota con clientes internacionales, combinando creatividad, data y procesos sólidos. Descripción del puesto Como Senior Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager, serás responsable de liderar end-to-end campañas de influencer marketing, desde la estrategia y planificación hasta la ejecución, optimización y análisis de resultados. Tendrás ownership total de las cuentas asignadas, actuando como punto de contacto estratégico entre clientes, influencers y el equipo interno. Tu foco estará en maximizar performance, eficiencia operativa y alineación con los objetivos de negocio de cada cliente. El rol es full-time y 100% remoto. Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de influencer marketing alineadas a objetivos de marca, performance y revenue. Liderar el sourcing, evaluación, negociación y gestión de influencers y creadores de contenido. Desarrollar briefs estratégicos con key talking points, lineamientos creativos y KPIs claros. Supervisar timelines, entregables, aprobaciones y go-live de campañas. Analizar performance (EMV, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROAS, etc.) y optimizar campañas en base a datos. Gestionar relaciones de largo plazo con influencers, talentos y partners estratégicos. Colaborar con equipos de paid media, creative y growth para potenciar el uso del contenido en paid ads. Mejorar procesos, workflows y sistemas internos para escalar campañas de manera eficiente. Requisitos y perfil Sólido entendimiento de marketing digital, performance marketing y creator economy. Experiencia trabajando con métricas, dashboards y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones. Habilidad para gestionar múltiples campañas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones. Pensamiento estratégico con fuerte orientación a resultados. Experiencia trabajando de forma remota y con clientes internacionales (deseable). Idiomas: español e inglés Experiencia con TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube y TikTok Shop. Conocimiento de whitelisting, usage rights y repurposing de contenido para paid ads. Manejo de herramientas de influencer marketing, CRM, automatización o tracking.
