PIM Data Entry Specialist We’re looking for a detail‑oriented PIM Data Entry Specialist to help maintain and update product information within our Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience using PIM platforms to perform day‑to‑day data entry tasks such as uploading product descriptions, images, and other content updates. Upload and manage product images, documents, and digital assets. Ensure all product data meets formatting, naming, and quality standards. Regularly check product listings for accuracy and completeness. Review and correct data inconsistencies or missing information. Perform quality assurance checks on updated product data before publishing. Maintain version control and organization of files within the PIM system. Work closely with marketing, product, and e‑commerce teams to keep product information accurate and up‑to‑date. Follow established workflows for data entry and approvals. Communicate clearly about data issues, errors, or missing details when needed. Track progress of product updates and maintain records of completed work. Support periodic data reviews and audits to maintain system integrity. Who You Are 2+ years of experience working in a Product Information Management (PIM) system. Familiarity with Catsy, Akeneo, Salsify, or similar tools. Experience performing data entry tasks such as updating descriptions, attributes, or product images. High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working in spreadsheets or structured data environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines for repetitive tasks. Bonus Points Experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce). Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) or catalog publishing workflows. Previous work in a retail, e‑commerce, or product content team.
