About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, ambitious Senior Product Owner to join our growing HTD Health team at the new branch in Buenos Aires. You will be one of the first team members at the new location and will help establish our HTD team in Argentina. If you are passionate about building relationships and the challenge of coordinating the delivery of multiple projects to clients, then keep reading What We Need From You At least 4 years commercial experience in a similar role Experience conducting the discovery process Demonstrated use of best practices that set quality standards for others Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+) Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seek opportunities for improvement, new learnings & a strong "I can learn this" attitude Team player focused on getting things done Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment Ability to identify and shape business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems Ability to focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights We Appreciate If You Have Strong interest in new technologies and healthcare Experience working on healthcare projects Your Daily Life In HTD Will Be Focusing Around Analyze, gather, and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog) Collaborate with business, developers, and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (scoping, gathering requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver high‑quality products Manage the Product Backlog prioritization – assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum value aligned with product strategy Ensure internal and external product stakeholder needs/expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholders Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends What You Can Expect From Us Salary based on skills and experience on a B2B contract Participation in innovative and challenging projects for clients around the world Opportunity to build a new branch of the company Hybrid work model (2‑3 days in a co‑work in Buenos Aires) Individual career path and continuous evaluation of your development All necessary equipment such as laptop and accessories Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Analyst, Business Development, and Product Management Industries Software Development Location Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at HTD Health by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
