Join a strategic project for a leading bank in Argentina At INHAUS, we are looking for a Paid Media Performance Specialist to join our team and work with one of our clients, a leading bank in Argentina , taking part in high-impact projects related to digital growth and customer acquisition. We are seeking a 100% performance-oriented profile, with strong analytical skills and experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns in high-demand environments. Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory) . Preferred experience managing campaigns on Bing Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Analyze results and identify insights using GA4 . Create and manage audiences to enhance paid campaigns. Perform daily monitoring and continuous optimization of campaigns. Analyze data, team reports, and campaign performance. Research, test, and scale new acquisition channels . Implement App campaigns and work with Firebase and AppsFlyer . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper tag and pixel implementation for initiative measurement. What We Value Highly analytical profile, results- and performance-driven. Solid experience in paid media campaigns and continuous optimization environments. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields . Ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and propose improvements. Autonomy, proactivity, and strong collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams. Position Details ✔️ Location: Microcentro, Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
