General Function The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor in achieving business goals related to quality, productivity, breakage and costs by directing maintenance associates through coordination of daily workflow, providing coaching and feedback. Major Duties & Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all equipment necessary for manufacturing; this includes general facility maintenance and construction. Provide leadership and mentoring to subordinates while following management directives. Provide training to personnel through regular coaching to identify opportunities for technical growth. Maintain all equipment related to production; guide subordinates in repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively. Ensure technicians document repairs and services, including labor hours and parts used. Ensure safe maintenance practices; provide and enforce safety training. Collaborate with Management to meet organizational needs; participate in regular meetings and maintain upward and downward communication. Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed. Basic Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 5 years maintenance experience CMMS experience Experience troubleshooting with root cause analysis Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and maintenance procedures including mechanical logic and pneumatic and fluid power diagrams Basic computer skills and math proficiency Knowledge of safety procedures and standards including Lock-Out/Tag-Out Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Compensation and Benefits Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage.
