What You’ll Do Streamlined Deployments : Own and improve CI/CD pipelines enabling safe, toggle‑based deployments across multiple environments (TeamCity, ArgoCD, Helm). Operational Excellence : Establish and scale observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) that proactively detect and diagnose issues. Infrastructure Automation : Design infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) to provision and manage scalable, reproducible, and auditable systems. Security & Compliance : Implement IAM, RBAC, logging, and auditing systems that uphold compliance standards (HIPAA, ISO, GDPR). Response & Uptime : Lead incident resolution, drive post‑mortem practices, and champion chaos engineering to test system resilience. Enablement & Mentorship : Uplevel the team by mentoring junior engineers, writing documentation, and fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence. What You’ll Bring Advanced technical expertise Intensity that challenges the status quo Dedication to continuous improvement Enthusiasm and client‑first approach 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation Deep expertise with Kubernetes (especially AWS EKS), Docker, and Helm Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools: TeamCity, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD Hands‑on experience with AWS (IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, ECR, ECS) Experience implementing IaC with Terraform and/or CloudFormation Solid scripting skills in Bash or Python Strong understanding of cloud‑native security practices and compliance frameworks Additional Skills Certifications: CKA/CKAD/CKS, AWS DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate Experience with chaos engineering and distributed systems resilience Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio or Linkerd) Perks & Benefits ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well‑being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
