Join Western Union as a Collector. Role Overview You’ll be part of the Collections Team and responsible for contacting customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails. Responsibilities Contact customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and emails. These calls and emails are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve problems. Ensure all case notes are comprehensive and accurate. Focus 90% support to three countries: Peru, Panama, and Chile. Ensure compliance with the team's objectives. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, ideally in fast‑paced environments or roles focused on problem‑solving. Studying business administration or a related field. Intermediate English and Excel level. Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and ability to deal effectively with all types of people. Self‑motivated.
