Job Overview
Mural is hiring an English Bilingual Remote Sales Training Manager for its Argentina team. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs to enable sales and customer success teams across the GTM organization.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and deliver engaging training sessions for GTM teams, including sales and customer success. Track and report ROI of training programs. Curate and deliver weekly updates to the field. Assist with sales events (SKO, QBRS) as needed.
Support the sales process at all stages—from lead generation through win/loss and key account planning and management.
Requirements
Fluent written and spoken English. 5+ years of experience in sales, GTM, or revenue enablement. Direct experience developing and delivering sales trainings and coaching.
Experience
with enablement technologies (Salesforce, call recording solutions such as Chorus/Gong, Workramp). Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices (pipeline management, forecast accuracy, sales playbook). Delivering GTM training programs in a remote work environment. Sales methodology experience—bonus points for MEDDPIC and value‑based selling.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to change.
