About the Role As Fever continues its rapid global expansion, the SEO department is evolving to sustain this growth. We are scaling the team to meet the increasing demands of our dynamic landscape. If you’re eager to shape the future of SEO in a fast‑evolving industry, we’d love to have you on board. Responsibilities Craft and implement SEO strategies tailored to business needs and objectives. Take a business‑focused and strategic approach to SEO, conducting high‑impact actions, digging into SEO tools, keyword research, and competitive analysis. Assess competitors’ strategies to determine strengths and weaknesses, enabling innovative approaches. Dive into technical SEO aspects: website structure, web architecture, WPO, structured data, crawl budget optimization, backlink profiles, log analysis, etc. Drive content SEO by conducting thorough keyword research to cover new business opportunities and optimizing user intent with a focus on growth. Monitor organic performance, benchmark competitors, and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge. Conduct in‑depth traffic and conversion analyses in international markets to extract valuable insights regarding SEO and landing page effectiveness. Provide international SEO approaches, showcasing adaptability and cross‑cultural competence. Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies. Qualifications Proven SEO experience of at least 4 years. Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to work closely with the team. Proactive, independent, and self‑managed with strong problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness. Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data‑driven recommendations. Up‑to‑date knowledge of current SEO best practices. Proficiency with common SEO tools. Strong personal ownership, initiate high level of initiative, and collaborate well in a team environment. Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets. Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
