Requisitos Hoy nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para cubrir el rol de Customer Success sumándose a nuestro equipo regional de CX de Hiring Room El objetivo de la posición será fidelizar a los clientes para asegurar los márgenes de renovación de la plataforma. Algunas de las tareas serán: Capacitar y garantizar que los clientes utilicen de manera correcta el Software. Analizar los indicadores para identificar puntos de mejora de cada cliente. Desarrollar estrategias junto al área comercial para hacer crecer la cartera de clientes. ¿Qué esperamos de vos? Que tengas buenas habilidades de comunicación. Que seas analítico y capaz de entender las necesidades del cliente. Que te guste trabajar en equipo Que tu perfil sea dinámico, proactivo y orientado a resultados. Que seas perseverante y te adaptes a los cambios. Que tengas capacidad de planificación y organización. Para eso necesitamos que: Seas estudiante o graduado de carreras afines (Deseable). Tengas experiencia mínima de 1 año en capacitación (Deseable). Tengas manejo de Paquete Office, sistemas de gestión y CRM (Deseable). Tengas experiencia en áreas comerciales (Excluyente). Tengas buen manejo de las relaciones interpersonales, capacidad de escucha y autonomía. Beneficios El lugar de trabajo es en nuestras oficinas que se encuentran en Palermo / Parque Patricios . La jornada es full time , de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 horas, ya que le brindamos soporte a la región de LATAM. Trabajamos bajo un esquema híbrido.
