FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

Position Overview We are looking for a Functional Analyst to provide first-level support, with knowledge of business processes and tools specific to the automotive industry. The candidate should have the ability to interact with users, resolve incidents, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of systems. About the position Key Responsibilities Handle and resolve functional inquiries at the first level of support. Analyze requirements and document incidents for escalation when appropriate. Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of solutions related to business processes. Ensure the proper operation of systems and user satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Required Skills Knowledge of FBS / AutoDealer and automotive industry processes. Basic knowledge of accounting. Basic knowledge of SQL for simple queries and data analysis. Experience with ticket management tools and functional support systems (GLPI desirable). Additional Skills (Preferred) Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
