To do this, we’re looking for a Senior Product Owner with a startup mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences in fintech. This role is pivotal in shaping our design strategy, driving innovation, and collaborating with a cross-functional team. What You’ll Do Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for belo’s diverse offerings, including crypto assets, international remittances, and local payment solutions Collaborate closely with developers, designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that meet user needs Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear and actionable product requirements Prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with company goals and customer demands Leverage data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the product Act as the voice of the user, advocating for intuitive, user-centered experiences across all touchpoints Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective delivery Monitor and measure the success of product launches and features, iterating quickly based on performance and feedback What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in fintech, startups, or fast-paced environments Some software engineering knowledge is mandatory, as it’s essential for effectively collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration Proven ability to analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision A sense of urgency and ownership in driving impactful results Proficiency in English is mandatory Experience with crypto and blockchain ecosystems is a big plus Proficiency in Portuguese is another big plus What We Offer The opportunity to shape innovative products that bridge crypto and traditional finance A passionate team focused on innovation and impact Competitive compensation and stock options plan Six weeks of vacation Flexible hours MacBook Pro Courses and training opportunities Mostly remote, with at least one day a week at our Buenos Aires office A vibrant startup culture with flexibility, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach At belo , we’re redefining financial services for Lat and beyond.
