Project Manager - Proyectos de Infraestructura Tecnológica (Contractor) CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina ARG Headquarter AR$ None - None (Argentine Peso) Ofertas de empleo Project Manager - Proyectos de Infraestructura Tecnológica (Contractor) Acerca del puesto Project Manager - Proyectos de Infraestructura Tecnológica (Contractor) En MaxIT estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager con foco en Infraestructura para liderar proyectos estratégicos, asegurando su ejecución en tiempo, alcance y presupuesto definidos. La posición es bajo modalidad Contractor , con dedicación full-time y esquema híbrido en CABA.Tu rol será clave para garantizar la correcta ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura tecnológica, coordinando equipos y asegurando resultados de alto impacto. Rol y contexto Serás responsable de la gestión integral de proyectos de diversa complejidad, especialmente en el área de infraestructura tecnológica , actuando como nexo entre equipos técnicos y de negocio. Planificarás, ejecutarás y monitorearás iniciativas estratégicas, promoviendo una comunicación fluida, el cumplimiento de objetivos y la optimización de recursos. Planificar, ejecutar y monitorear proyectos de distinta complejidad. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, garantizando comunicación fluida entre áreas técnicas y de negocio. Colaborar con el gerente de proyecto del cliente para anticipar y gestionar desvíos. Definir cronogramas, asignar tareas y administrar recursos. Identificar y gestionar riesgos, problemas y dependencias. Mantener comunicación constante con stakeholders y alta dirección. Documentar y dar seguimiento a tareas, plazos y objetivos. Gestionar expectativas y facilitar la comunicación a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto. Aplicar metodologías de gestión ágiles, tradicionales o híbridas según corresponda. Gestionar la resistencia al cambio con inteligencia emocional. Requisitos técnicos y deseables +5 años de experiencia comprobable en gestión de proyectos. Conocimiento práctico de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, SAFe) y marcos PMI. Manejo de herramientas de planificación y seguimiento (Jira, MS Project, Trello). Experiencia en entornos dinámicos y con equipos interdisciplinarios. Conocimiento de plataformas de BI (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) para análisis de datos. Gestión de métricas, indicadores y riesgos. Liderazgo y capacidad de organización. Comunicación clara y efectiva. Proactividad y autonomía para la toma de decisiones. Orientación a resultados y resolución de problemas. Adaptabilidad a entornos y metodologías diversas.
