(Remote) Lead Manager

Overview Oversee the daily management of leads generated by marketing efforts. Duties Promptly contact potential clients to assess their needs and provide timely responses. Maintain a detailed database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion. Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and potential clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcomes. Achieve set targets for lead conversion rates and sales figures. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software (Experience with REIsift and Kixie is an advantage). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
