You will lead strategy, own outcomes, and scale client growth through expert social media advertising. Compensation: USD 2.5K - 3.2K/month + Bonuses (up to 15% of base compensation) Location: Remote (specific timezones) Mission of Slaymaker Marketing: We help local businesses, lead generation teams, and eCommerce brands scale faster, optimize spending, and boost profits—all while reducing waste. What makes you a strong candidate You are proficient in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads. You have the potential to develop in TripleWhale, Performance social advertising, Northbeam, LinkedIn Ads, Hyros. English – Fully fluent. Slaymaker Marketing is looking for a Digital Ads Specialist who can own strategy, lead meetings, and help our clients scale profitably on Google, Meta and TikTok. We are a small senior team that goes deep, tells the truth, and takes real ownership of results. Responsibilities Build and refine testing roadmaps for Google, Meta and TikTok: audiences, creative, offers, funnels. Own performance and reporting – review across multiple attribution tools, pull insights, and turn them into clear recommendations. Shape briefs and creative direction – work closely with design and creative to brief winning ad concepts, hooks, formats, and angles. Partner with clients directly – join client calls, walk through results, present tests, and discuss next steps with confidence and clarity. Delegate and coordinate – collaborate with design for new ad creative and landing page assets; collaborate with development for tracking and landing page changes; coordinate with social ads support team members for builds, QA, and implementation. Launch experiments and iterate quickly, documenting what was tried and what was learned. Must-Haves Hands‑on Google Ads experience: built and managed campaigns, ad sets, and creatives. Hands‑on Meta Ads experience: built and managed campaigns, ad sets, and creatives. Hands‑on TikTok Ads experience: understand how TikTok differs from Meta, especially in creative style and audience behavior. Fluent in English: strong written and spoken communication; able to explain complex ideas simply. Comfortable leading strategy: make recommendations, defend them with data, and adjust when needed. Comfortable presenting to clients: walk through performance calmly and clearly, even when results are mixed. Comfortable delegating: give clear briefs, deadlines, and context, then own the outcome. Nice to Have Experience running LinkedIn Ads, especially for B2B or higher‑ticket offers. Experience with UGC workflows, creators, or influencer‑style creative. Experience with e‑commerce brands or B2B SaaS brands. Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hyros, Northbeam, TripleWhale, or similar (if not, we will train you, but data curiosity is key). What Success Looks Like Clients know you, trust you, and look forward to your calls. We see a clear testing cadence in your accounts, not random switches.
