About the Role This role is essential for transitioning our A/B testing system from Next.js, Node.js, and Strapi CMS to Next.js, Elixir, and Phoenix Framework while enhancing overall platform functionality. What You’ll Do Assist in developing and enhancing pages and dashboards, migrating from Next.js, Node.js, and Strapi CMS to Next.js, Elixir, and Phoenix Framework. Write comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and robustness during and after the migration. Deeply understand current systems, identify inefficiencies, and refactor for improved functionality, maintainability, and scalability. Develop and improve front‑end features using Next.js and Tailwind CSS, following responsive design principles and web standards. Implement pixel‑perfect HTML/CSS/JS pages, translating mockups into functional, visually appealing components. Leverage strong functional programming knowledge and deepen it as needed. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in full‑stack development with a strong foundation in Node.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Ability to refactor existing codebases for performance, readability, and scalability. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and interpreting split test results. Experience with Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus. Strong skills in writing comprehensive tests to ensure system reliability. Comfortable with GitHub version control, including branching and pull requests. Experience building e‑commerce sites and collaborating with designers is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment, meeting tight deadlines.
