Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop clear, actionable roadmaps that articulate the long‑term vision and immediate plans for our products. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through to launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback. Team Management: Lead and manage a squad consisting of developers, project managers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Data‑Driven Management: Define and track success metrics for product initiatives, guiding the team toward achieving key performance indicators and business goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across and outside the organization to secure buy‑in and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Required Skills and Competencies 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions. Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage comprehensive product development cycles. Discovery & Experimentation: A track record of running lean experiments and working through ambiguity to validate ideas early. Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in setting and evaluating product metrics to ensure that the product delivers on performance and quality. Robust Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders. Agile Methodology: Proficient in agile project management, ensuring flexible and efficient product development processes. User‑Centric Design Understanding: Deep knowledge of user research practices and their application in product design and development. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Prior experience in product‑focused companies, dealing with products at various stages of their lifecycle. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the latest product development technologies, particularly in AI and responsive design.
