More information : / / coderio.com We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in AI-assisted development tools (Cursor IDE or GitHub Copilot), enterprise-grade automation, and cloud infrastructure. This role mirrors the depth and impact of engineers who can design and maintain intelligent automation that transforms operations. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: developing, maintaining, and performing optimizing and driving monitoring and observability at scale for our external clients. At the same time, you will leverage Copilot Studio or Cursor IDE to build automated workflows and conversational layers that enhance operational performance and reduce manual tasks across engineering and business teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex environments and can turn advanced engineering practices into tangible business value. What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities) Architect and operate large-scale, mission-critical cloud infrastructures, ensuring high availability, resilience, and performance Design, implement, and operate AI pipelines (YAML, GitOps patterns, automated quality gates) Build and maintain Copilot Studio / Microsoft Virtual Agents solutions & MS Power Automate, including automated workflows, custom copilots, and enterprise integrations Develop using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor IDE or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and code quality Develop advanced monitoring and logging strategies (Splunk or cloud-native tools) for proactive incident management Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through automation, scripting, and improved orchestration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical direction and participating in client discussions when needed Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies, recommending their adoption when they drive measurable impact Promote reliability, scalability, and best practices across all delivery teams Requirements 5+ years of experience as AI Developer or Cloud Engineering roles, with demonstrated impact at enterprise scale 4+ years developing with Python and libraries 3+ years experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor IDE 2+ years experience in projects using Copilot Studio and / or Microsoft Virtual Agents Proven cloud expertise (Azure preferred; AWS experience highly valued) 3+ years building agents for business process automation and workflow optimization with experience in LLM, software engineering, and systems design to create agents 3+ years experience with Snowflake Proven experience building high-volume logging / monitoring ecosystems (e.g., Splunk, multi-region ingestion, automated reporting) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for distributed systems at scale Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fully remote, international environments Near-native / bilingual English - required Nice to Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, YAML) 2+ years experience with SharePoint, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards Benefits 100% remote work High-impact strategic role with autonomy and ownership Opportunity to scale cloud and automation practices in global environments Collaborative senior engineering culture with strong technical leadership Clear growth pathway and access to leadership opportunities Why Join Coderio?
