Engineering Manager – IRC GlobalLogic is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a cross-functional team in delivering high quality digital solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, agile facilitation, and a client‑focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical reference and main point of contact for the client. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, documenting them in Jira. Participate in technical discussions to design and evaluate implementation approaches. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. Be hands‑on when needed, contributing to specific development tasks. Design and document solutions, and communicate them effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Provide accurate estimations for development efforts. Lead and support the engineering team, ensuring alignment and motivation. Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups and sprint planning meetings. Foster professional growth through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluations. Resolve conflicts and remove blockers to enable team productivity. Negotiate timelines and priorities with stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Solid experience in C# .NET, Angular, SQL, MongoDB, and Azure DevOps. Experience with Azure Data Factory is a plus. Strong technical leadership and client‑focused mindset. Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies and Scrum Master responsibilities.
