GDS Alliances Operations Reporting Specialist

Overview GDS Alliances Operations Reporting Specialist (SAP) - EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS). The role supports ongoing operations for the EY-SAP alliance from the GDS Alliances Delivery Center. It involves driving and coordinating global operational activities and collaborating with the Financial Reporting function to prepare comprehensive financial reports, provide analysis on financial performance, analyze data trends/variances/discrepancies, and help stakeholders understand the reasons behind changes in the financial reporting. Responsibilities Provide Alliance leadership with business insights and effective reporting in collaboration with the finance function. Perform extensive financial analysis of weekly, monthly, and annual results. Produce customized Revenue, Sales and Pipeline visualizations, analyses, and insights. Support Opportunity Management including tagging of Opportunities for Alliances for accurate reporting. Prospect tracking and reporting; key wins tracking for leadership reporting. Spearhead digital transformation initiatives within the Reporting & Data Analytics team. Act as the voice of the business to drive, design, develop, deploy, and maintain a BI-driven transformation of business and financial reporting using Power BI and SQL. Develop and refine a sophisticated reporting infrastructure to ensure seamless report generation for global operations. Enhance efficiency through automation and digital integration to improve processes and foster business growth. Facilitate internal EY Ecosystem leadership meetings by developing content and managing logistics. Facilitate meetings between EY leadership and the Alliance partner; manage various initiatives around processes and tools provided by Alliance Partners (administration and maintenance of partner tools, portals, etc.). Track access requests, resolve access issues, and manage certifications, skill and competency tracking; serve as single point of contact for Alliance Partner tools administration. Ensure all Alliance-related reference material is reviewed and refreshed; facilitate and track access to these materials in SharePoint and other tools. Support Alliance team with initiation and tracking of Localisation of Global Agreements in collaboration with the Ecosystem Contracts team. Collaborate with Alliance Investment Team to provide information for requesting and reimbursing Market Development Funds or other investment-related activities; facilitate awareness of programs and monitor compliance; support quarterly legal and finance reviews. Partner with onshore Alliance Enablement contacts on strategic projects and initiatives as required; manage onshore stakeholder expectations, plans and communication. Knowledge and Skills Sales and Pipeline Exposure: understanding of sales concepts, opportunity life cycles, and reporting in a professional services environment. Technology Aptitude: proficiency in technology and related concepts. Process Improvement: familiarity with continuous process improvement and automation, including process mapping, documentation, and internal audit preparation. Technical Proficiency: advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; competence in Power BI preferred. Stakeholder Management: experience working with senior onshore stakeholders with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships. Global Mindset: experience with virtual collaboration across geographies, cultural sensitivity. Problem-Solving: strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and mitigation capabilities. Project Management: ability to manage budgets, execution, tracking, and multiple projects with varying deadlines. Alliance/Partner Programs: experience with Alliance or Partner programs in professional services or technology environments. Organizational Knowledge: understanding of EY & GDS operations, including organizational structure and operating models; for external candidates, Big 4 consultancy exposure in leadership support or strategic environments. Qualifications and Experience Academics: MBA or equivalent university degree; project/program management certification is advantageous. Experience: 12+ years of work experience.
