Job Description Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting. Telecom industry experience is highly preferred. Technical Skills 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, including production-level deployment. Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data science best practices. Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and SQL). Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Proficiency in building scalable pipelines using tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, or MLflow. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and version control. Desirable experience with real-time ML systems or streaming data (Kafka, Flink, etc.). Desirable knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Job Responsibilities Design and oversee scalable ML architectures and infrastructure. Develop end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment. Select and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools. Drive best practices for ML model lifecycle management, including versioning, retraining, and monitoring. Contribute to the ML roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals. Build and optimize ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques. Conduct rigorous model validation, A/B testing, and performance tuning. Partner with data scientists, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into ML solutions. Collaborate across data science, tech, and product managers to define and build data ingestion systems and model training pipelines. Optimize models for scalability and high performance. Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor models in production environments. MLOps Champion the adoption of MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, reproducibility, scalability, and observability. Automate workflows and model serving using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc. Department/Project Description We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to focus on the design, development, and deployment of machine learning systems at scale. You will play a strategic role in shaping the project's ML architecture, mentoring other team members, and collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product owner.
