Lead DevOps Engineer with Terraform

We are looking for a seasoned Lead DevOps Engineer to join our cutting-edge engineering team, taking ownership of key projects, mentoring team members, and driving innovation through automation and AI integration while leveraging Terraform and AWS CDK. You will play a critical leadership role in designing and enhancing a self-service engineering portal and scaling AI capabilities to improve productivity and efficiency across multiple teams. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and enhancement of AI systems and applications integrated with engineering platforms Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing across the team Collaborate actively with architects, stakeholders, and engineering teams to establish and apply best practices at scale Standardize, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and workflows using reusable components across projects Define and lead the implementation of infrastructure automation using Terraform Enterprise and AWS CDK Oversee and contribute to the development and maintenance of containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift/EKS/ECS) Facilitate the adoption of advanced prompt engineering tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity Develop and manage version control strategies and deployment processes using GitHub Actions Lead the design and support of scalable APIs and event streaming solutions for enterprise applications Ensure high availability, security, and compliance across cloud and on-prem resources, delivering enterprise-grade solutions Take ownership of partially defined scopes and end-to-end delivery while adhering to architectural principles Influence hiring and onboarding processes to build and strengthen the team's capabilities Requirements 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with AWS infrastructure expertise 1+ years of relevant leadership experience Advanced proficiency in Terraform Enterprise and/or AWS CDK Extensive experience designing and overseeing CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and reusable workflows In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift/EKS/ECS) in production environments Strong track record of implementing automation initiatives using modern AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering to solve complex problems and optimize workflows Comprehensive understanding of Anthropic Claude and applications in engineering productivity Strong team collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate others Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2+ level Nice to have Experience with MCP and AI Agents, with contributions to AI-driven engineering workflows Practical knowledge of Model Context Protocol in implementing AI solutions Proficiency in Python for developing AI-driven solutions and mentoring others in enhancing their workflows Experience with AWS Bedrock We offer Connectivity Bonus (25,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non-wages concept).
