Staff/Chief Scientist Specialty Agri‑nutrients Pro The Company is one of the world’s largest petrochemicals manufacturers, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with operations in around 50 countries. The role is located within the Agri‑Nutrients and Specialties business unit. Who we’re looking for Staff/Chief Scientist Product Technologist responsible for initiating, proposing and executing research & development projects, leading new product technology development, scaling up and providing technology support to commercial plants. Qualifications Masters or PhD preferred 15+ years of experience in new product development, ideally collaboration with start‑ups Strategic thinking and planning Leadership skills to influence talented multidisciplinary teams Strong culture of innovation Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Highly self‑motivated Duties & Responsibilities Provide solutions based on market requirement analysis and lead product development to commercial plants Expertise in urea‑based fertilizers Support commercial plants for shutdown, turnover, and re‑commissioning Provide troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and problem resolution support Participate in in‑house product technology development, scale‑up and implementation Collaborate with external companies, start‑ups and universities to drive projects to plant implementation Provide insights and support for product development within the group Collect and analyse market, customer and farmer data, recommend improvements for competitiveness Contribute to safety culture, coach young employees and initiate new programs Benefits Professional career development in an innovative environment with the latest technology and best practices All relocation expenses borne by the employer Indefinite term contract Competitive base salary Benefits for permanent employment General health and dental plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
