Disposition Manager

At VAme, we are looking for a Disposition Manager (Wholesale Real Estate). As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following: Market and sell properties under contract to cash buyers and investors. Manage and grow a network of buyers through calls, emails, and social media. Use InvestorLift to manage listings, offers, and buyer communications. Negotiate prices and ensure quick, profitable closings. Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth handover of deals. Must-have: Experience in wholesale real estate dispositions. Proficient with InvestorLift software (required). Strong negotiation and sales skills. Assertive, confident, and highly motivated to close deals. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, unfiltered environment.
