About The Company We’re a distributed technology group working on several initiatives related to digital finance and emerging tech. Our engineering and design teams contribute across multiple products, and strong coordination is essential to keep everything running smoothly. Position Overview In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our lead project manager to turn high‑level requirements into clearly structured tasks, organize them within our workflow tools, and keep track of progress across different streams of work. You’ll help maintain internal documentation, assist with planning cycles, and act as an initial contact point when the lead PM is tied up. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who has a technical background, enjoys structured processes, and wants hands‑on training in project management within a fast‑paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities Translate requirements into actionable tasks with well‑defined criteria and timelines. Upload and maintain tasks in our system. Track dependencies and keep work items organized. Take instructions from the PM and team leads and formalize them into clear, actionable tickets. Communicate expectations to designers and developers in a concise, structured manner. Monitor day‑to‑day progress across active workstreams. Flag risks, delays, or blockers early and elevate when needed. Assist with sprint planning, updates, and routine check‑ins. Prepare meeting notes, weekly updates, and sprint summaries. Build collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and other functions. Act as a first point of contact when the PM is unavailable. Follow up on overdue items and provide status updates. Candidate Profile Recent graduate or up to 2 years in a technical, product, or coordination role. Basic understanding of software development processes and some exposure to coding. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks. Familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Slack is a plus, but not required. Interest in learning Agile/Scrum methodologies.
