What You’ll Do As a Spanish-English Customer Support Associate , you’ll assist customers from Spanish-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat . You’ll answer questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel professional, clear, and friendly—whether it’s helping track an order, explain a product, or fix an issue. This isn’t just about responding to tickets—it’s about creating positive experiences, building trust, and ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
