We are the leaders in our market and are accelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets. The Role What will I be doing? Understand client use‑cases to ensure features and functionality cross team. Develop and promote Automation frameworks (mobile, web, backend) and integrate to CI/CD. Develop career path for QA engineers to increase skills on automation. Promote NFT frameworks on the teams (performance, visual, penetration). Understand the impact and dependencies cross team to design Test plans. Promote process to increase differents metrics (Open bugs, testing time, production issues, platform performance, dev team response time). Identify and push Tech debt, Issues according priority and severity. Communicate test progress, test results, issues, and other relevant information to QA manager. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology or related field preferred or equivalent work experience, english level B1 or B2. Experience with test planning and execution at least leading teams mid size. Experience in CI/CD workflow. 5+ years of experience in software QA with at least 3 years using automated testing for both web and mobile platforms. Good Management skills (develop career path, improve frameworks, push initiatives) (must). Good understanding of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, AIO, etc. (must). Comfortable with Selenium, appium, testcafe, cypress, testNG. (must). Strong analytical and troubleshooting and debugging skills. (should). Management of github, bitbucket, gitlab. (must). Strong knowledge on AWS suite (cloudwatch, codebuild, codepipeline, ecs, apiGw) (should).
