Both companies are part of Parikh Holdings, and we are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our team. We are a small team and require a hands‑on and hungry approach. Job Summary Customer Onboarding and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, providing a high level of support, guidance, and assistance. Conduct onboarding sessions with customers, understanding their requirements, goals, and timelines for website development. Coordinate with customers to collect necessary information, such as content, images, and branding guidelines, to ensure a smooth website building process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, providing clear and concise explanations and resolutions. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any post‑launch issues. Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the SEO team, writers, designers, and developers to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Create and maintain project plans, outlining tasks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful project execution. Allocate resources, including team members, tools, and budget, to meet project objectives. Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders, including customers, management, and cross‑functional teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or customer satisfaction. Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring alignment and efficient workflow. Content Management and SEO Integration: Coordinate with writers to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality content aligned with customer requirements and SEO best practices. Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate relevant keywords, meta tags, and optimization strategies into the website content. Review and provide feedback on content drafts, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with customer expectations. Oversee the implementation of SEO techniques to enhance website visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic. Quality Assurance and Testing: Establish quality standards for website development and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the development and design teams to conduct thorough testing of website functionalities, usability, and responsiveness. Identify and resolve any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in collaboration with the development team. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the website meets customer requirements and provides an optimal user experience. Project Documentation and Reporting: Document project scope, requirements, and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment among all stakeholders. Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present project updates, deliverables, and milestones to management and stakeholders during meetings and presentations. Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement. Qualifications Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the software development or technology industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers. Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to address project‑related challenges and make informed decisions. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with website building and SEO concepts is a plus. PMP certification or similar credentials are desirable but not mandatory.
