Workday AMS HCM Consultant (Benefits & Compensation) – Join Kainos in Argentina Are you an experienced HR technology professional ready to make an impact? At Kainos , we help global organizations maximize their Workday investment—and we’re looking for talented consultants in Argentina to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. What You’ll Do Lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements for Workday HCM, specializing in Benefits and Compensation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and creative solutions. Manage requirement gathering, configuration, and testing for Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Programs. Own complex configurations, advise on dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery. Build strong client relationships and present to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to drive improvements. What We’re Looking For 8–10 years’ experience in HR technology, with proven configuration expertise in enterprise HCM systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar). Strong understanding of Benefits and Compensation processes. Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and service delivery risk. Nice to Have Workday certification. Experience leading cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions. Why Join Us?
