As a Transaction Processing Analyst in Security Services Operations, you'll provide operational support within our Corporate Investment Bank. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on time and exceptions and client inquiries are resolved. You will also provide subject matter expertise to clients. Additional responsibilities may include managing daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, as well as process improvement. Responsibilities Review legal documentation and input key parameters into JP Morgan systems. Identify issues and coordinate with the relevant functions internally (e.g., credit, legal) for prompt resolution on disputed points within set time‑frame parameters. Work with key partners in legal, business, operations and technology to contribute toward the development of an efficient operating framework. Work closely with the regional Legal Operations Department and other stakeholders. Produce high‑quality work to meet productivity and quality performance measures. Take lead on process improvement and automation initiatives. Manage assigned tasks independently with little or no supervision. Maintain a control mindset and be alert to issues and risks that impact the process or the organization. Qualifications Thorough understanding of legal language to interpret documents and assess impact to the firm. Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes. Strong analytical skills with excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy. A strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Excellent client focus and customer‑care working practices. Bachelor’s degree. Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
