Come, join us on this journey ROLE PROFILE GRADE: Junior Management Level JOB TITLE: External & Internal Communications Manager EXTERNAL JOB TITLE: Communications Manager FUNCTION: CORA SUB FUNCTION: Communications CITY & COUNTRY: Buenos Aires, Argentina ROLE SUMMARY Responsibilities include : Corporate Affairs activities with a focus on external communications : Support Head of CORA in managing corporate affairs campaigns & media engagement. Contribute to developing strategic plans for vaping Campaigns in line with local business objectives. Contribute to developing strategic plans for regulatory Campaigns in line with local business objectives. Develop corporate and marketing communication campaigns in line with corporate brand guidelines. Work in close collaboration with the legal team on all matters that entail reputational aspect. Manage and work closely with media agency in delivering company’s key messages. Organize external & press events. Regularly develop and build upon relationships with media and key external stakeholders. Manage budget to deliver exceptional media campaign results within budget. Monitor media coverage, manage media clippings and reports. Organize media training for spokespersons. Manage and update external corporate website. Corporate Affairs activities with a focus on Internal communications : Organize and develop internal communication campaigns through our platforms, delivering the company's key messages in line with our corporate narrative : A Better Tomorrow. Coordinate with different teams of the company (Marketing, HR, OPS, EHS) to detect and generate content. Organize internal communications in an annual cycle according to business objectives. Define the platforms for the delivery of messages according to the target audiences (mailing, corporate TVs, Teams Live, newsletters, social networks). Manage and work closely with the external designer team in line with corporate brand guidelines. Work closely with the Latam South team to coordinate activities and messages, content for the weekly newsletter and social networks (Intagram Latam South and Linkedin). Support the local HR team in organizing employee activities, communicating news, and creating internal culture. Organize internal events (Follow Up Sessions) to communicate business results and news. Organize corporate volunteering activities in line with our ETHOS and ESG principles. Manage and train internal communications intern. Corporate Affairs activities with a focus on ESG : Assist in building and executing H-ESG Campaigns in line with corporate narrative : A Better Tomorrow Coordinate with various areas of the company to map projects, propose initiatives and communicate them externally and internally (ESG Squad). Establish strong relationships with various NGOs and other external parties to drive ESG campaigns. Develop angles for H-ESG press releases / feature articles / advertorials. Responsible for delivering ESG results in annual survey. Reports to Head of CORA Core Relationships Marketing, HR, OPS, EHS, External Agencies Geographic Scope Local Travel Required Up to 10% Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive communication content and present ideas effectively. Desirable: Knowledge utilizing Media Marketing tools and platforms (video and GIF creations), including CRM software, analytics tools, and social media platforms. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving results. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Fluent Spanish and English.
