Aden is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote, full-time basis. The role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives per contract, optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs and practices.
The role oversees the Centralized Monitoring team, mentors staff, and develops study analytics strategies while supporting monitoring strategy and client meetings. Strong English, leadership, and multi-project management are essential.
