PPC Marketing Account Manager Location: Remote Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week). Applicant must be willing to work within standard business hours of USA Eastern Standard Time Zone. Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients with their PPC needs, including campaign setup, management, and adjustments. Metrics Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and present detailed reports to clients, explaining complex data in a clear and understandable manner. Strategic Recommendations: Provide strategic advice to clients on how to maximize their campaign performance, including recommendations for keyword selection, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page optimizations. Conflict Resolution: Handle client concerns and conflicts with professionalism and poise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional PPC packages and services to clients, demonstrating the value and potential ROI of our offerings. Interpersonal Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Skills: Exceptional verbal English communication skills, both written and spoken. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and a deep understanding of Google Ads metrics and analytics. Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and support. Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance. Sales Acumen: Comfortable with selling and upselling PPC packages to clients. Flexibility: Ability to start part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance.
