You are creative and have the techniques required for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Attentive, you offer each guest personalized and tailor‑made service. Well‑organised, you manage and prioritize your tasks with an eye for detail. Smiling and friendly, you ensure our customers feel welcome. Responsibilities Welcome the customer and seat them. Identify the desired hairstyle (cut, blow drying, treatment…) and advise the client (morphology, hair implantation…) Carry out the hair diagnosis, shampoo, cut the hair (layers, tapered, spiked…) and proceed with the styling. Clean the salon, store equipment and tools, and restock shelves and work surfaces. Promote, advise and sell products and care products to develop turnover. Monitor inventory status, identify supply requirements and establish orders. Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and the maintenance of the assets.
