This is a high-impact and hands-on role - you will design, build, and operate our data models and pipelines end-to-end, ensuring reliability and empower teams across the company to make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Own data pipelines end-to-end: from ingestion to processing, transformation, modeling, and serving to downstream systems. Lead technical decisions on data architecture and tooling, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Airflow, dbt, and AWS Redshift as core technologies. Model data to power analytics, reporting, compliance, and real-time decisioning, delivering clean, reliable, and well-structured datasets. Implement data quality frameworks with checks, testing, monitoring, and alerting to guarantee trustworthy datasets. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to capture requirements and translate them into robust, maintainable data models. Requirements 5+ years in Data Engineering with end-to-end pipeline ownership. Expert in SQL optimization and ETL/ELT frameworks. Proven experience with AWS data stack (Redshift, S3, Airflow, Lambda, DMS) and dbt. Strong data modeling skills for both operational and analytical use cases. Experience implementing data engineering best practices.
