Art Director & Motion Designer Microsoft We are actively seeking a talented Art director with Motion Graphics and video editing skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with the technical expertise to bring ideas to life through compelling motion graphics and video content. Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics and Animation: Develop innovative motion graphics and animations for digital assets that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Art Direction: Provide art direction for online and offline campaign assets, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing presentation across all platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative development, offering insights and ideas to enhance visual storytelling. Design and Asset Creation: Design and produce a wide range of assets for use in digital marketing campaigns, including banners, social media, infographics, animations, and interactive media, among others. Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all graphic elements and deliverables. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, ensuring smooth transitions, compelling narratives, and engaging elements. Integrate motion graphics into video projects, enhancing visual appeal and storytelling impact. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Communicate effectively, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize creative outputs. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all creative content, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Address and resolve any design and editing challenges promptly and creatively. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction/motion graphics design, with a portfolio showcasing strong design, animation, and video editing skills. Proficiency in design and ideally editing software—After Effects desirable—including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Professional competence in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory for day-to-day collaboration with peers and clients). Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually striking content. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast‑paced environment.
